Five Cozy Superfood Lattes To Spice Up Your Mornings

The popular beverage that many people enjoy is Chai Tea Latte. This drink has been a part of the Indian culture for hundreds of years, and it is typically served in spiced black tea. Chai Tea Latte can also be found in coffee shops, and it comes as an iced version as well. Many people enjoy this drink without cutting out the caffeine because it offers flavor with minimal fat and calories.

Many people have added different spices to their own personal tastes such as ginger or even chocolate syrup. It is also possible to add a splash of milk or even almond milk. Some people enjoy their Chai Tea Latte with just a little bit of water and caffeine because it allows them to drink it before eating breakfast.

Like many vegan mixtures, this golden milk is made from pureed cooked fruit (I used mashed banana and mango) flavored with many spices and served warm. Aside from some fat-free coconut cream, you can use whatever dairy-free milk or cream you like to make it decadent. This vegan golden milk will pack a punch of Vitamin C into your morning without any added caffeine.

The final product should look like creamy banana pudding with mango on top that acts as the "Pudding" layer because it's supposed to be denser than the other ingredients. The idea is to thicken it up just below where your spoon lands for the texture to be even throughout.

"Cosmic Charcoal Latte

The last of my three coffee drinks for the day is a Cosmic Charcoal Latte. This drink is black and has some extra caffeine, but this one is light on the fat. The ingredients are simple: brewed coffee, almond milk, and cinnamon. Using the inner wall of a Mason jar as your espresso maker, you can make it just like you would any other latte. This breakfast recipe offers a bit more flavor with red pepper flakes to add in some spice. Drinking your lattes in mason jars adds an artistic touch that makes them perfect to serve at your next brunch party."

Cinnamon Matcha Latte

Matcha is the traditional powdered green tea used in Japan. A regular cup of matcha is very high in caffeine, but it can be made with less or no caffeine at all. Some people use a blender to mix either hot water or milk with matcha powder, honey, and cinnamon to create a warm drink that can be served over ice. One teaspoon of matcha powder is enough for four cups of hot water if you want it without any caffeine.
